The production and delivery dates provided are to be treated as mere estimates. Custom Boxes for Less tries reasonably to ensure timely delivery of your orders, but as the shipping and delivery is carried out by third party companies, Custom Boxes for Less under no circumstances shall be held responsible for such delays.

Furthermore, Custom Boxes for Less assumes no liability of monetary nature for damages during shipping to your products. Custom Boxes for Less may assist the customer with opening an investigation to claim damages and compensation from the shipping company.

Owing to our delivery model, which includes shipping of packages products from our global vendors to our clients, it is expected that documentation may be required from customers by the customs departments. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to share such documents and delay arising out of such circumstances are in no shape or form to be associated with Custom Boxes for Less.

The shipping time for an order starts once the payment is cleared. After the payment is received the delivery which includes production and shipping, may take between 10-15 Business Days.

Custom clearance
A substantial part of our business includes shipping packaging products to our clients globally. This includes getting the production done offshore and then shipping the packaging products to our clients.

The customs clearance fees, duties and taxes related to import of packaging products will be the sole responsibility of the customer and Custom Boxes for Less will not be held accountable or liable for such fees.
