Custom Boxes for Less provides a limited warranty on all products. Before approving a refund, our team will inspect the returned products to confirm whether they qualify.
Please note:
Products are inspected before leaving our facility. Issues caused during shipping are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
The following are not considered defects:
Cracking in creased areas
Damage (cracking, bending, scratching) caused by mishandling during shipping
Variations in specifications (style, size, color, material, printing, etc.) within 2.0% tolerance
Variations in color or paper density
👉 If appropriate, we may offer a re-print instead of a refund.
Artwork & Graphics
Customers are responsible for submitting artwork that meets our print requirements:
CMYK color format
1:1 scale
Minimum 300 DPI resolution
Custom Boxes for Less is not liable for printing errors caused by:
Files submitted in RGB instead of CMYK
Low-resolution, fuzzy, or distorted artwork
Failure to meet the requirements above
Color Accuracy & Proofing
Printed colors may vary from on-screen proofs due to technical limitations of printing equipment. Such variations are not considered defects, and Custom Boxes for Less is not responsible for minor differences in color density or accuracy.
Payments
We accept:
Credit card payments via Stripe (U.S. customers only)
Wire transfers (required for international orders)
⚠️ For international clients who prefer credit card payments, approval must first be granted by our finance team.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are custom-printed with no resale value, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. All sales are final.
Re-Printing Policy
If Custom Boxes for Less determines that a re-print is necessary, we will re-produce your order. However, shipping costs for re-printed orders are the responsibility of the customer.
