Acceptance of terms
Guide Packaging LLC dba Custom Boxes for Less, primarily offers packaging products and solution. Additionally Custom Boxes for Less also provides other services through this website and access to and use of this Website and the Services are provided to you subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions.

By using the Website or by indicating your acceptance to the Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access this website.

Custom Boxes for Less reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice and your continued access or use of this Website or the Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the Terms as modified. Registration
To use certain areas of this Website, you must first complete the registration process to create an account and register an email and password (collectively, “Credentials”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and you will be held responsible for any harm caused by disclosing or resulting from any unauthorized use of your Credentials.

Order shipping and delivery
The production and delivery dates provided are to be treated as mere estimates. Custom Boxes for Less tries reasonably to ensure timely delivery of your orders, but as the shipping and delivery is carried out by third party companies, Custom Boxes for Less under no circumstances shall be held responsible for such delays.

Furthermore, Custom Boxes for Less assumes no liability of monetary nature for damages during shipping to your products. Custom Boxes for Less may assist the customer with opening an investigation to claim damages and compensation from the shipping company.

Owing to our delivery model, which includes shipping of packages products from our global vendors to our clients, it is expected that documentation may be required from customers by the customs departments. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to share such documents and delay arising out of such circumstances are in no shape or form to be associated with Custom Boxes for Less.

Production costs
There may occur changes in production costs owing to the changes in costs of material, labor, designing and may be amended/updated from time to time.

Custom clearance
A substantial part of our business includes shipping packaging products to our clients globally. This includes getting the production done offshore and then shipping the packaging products to our clients.

The customs clearance fees, duties and taxes related to import of packaging products will be the sole responsibility of the customer and Custom Boxes for Less will not be held accountable or liable for such fees.

Refunds and returns
Custom Boxes for Less offers a limited warranty for products it sells. In order for us to offer a refund, we will have our team make sure that the products for which a refund is requested are thoroughly inspected to ascertain qualification for refund. This is done in order to ensure that the products are defected before they leave our production facility. If a product is found to be defected during shipping, it will not be considered as a product that qualified for a refund. Below are the scenarios which are excluded from the definition of being a defected product:

1. The product has cracking in creased areas of the product
2. The product has cracking, bending or scratching as a result of mishandling by the shipping carrier
3. Variation in the specifications provided by the customer including styles, dimensions, color, material, printing options etc that is within 2.0%
4. Variations in color and paper density

We will also offer a re-print of the order if we deem that to be more appropriate.

Artwork and graphics provided by the customer
All artwork and design or images must be shared in CMYK format. The reason for this requirement is the possibility of color shift that occurs when converting from RGB to CMYK color modes. The art work must meet the below requirements:

1. CMYK color format
2. 1:1 scale
3. Minimum of 300DPI

For the artwork to be acceptable the above requirements must be met. Custom Boxes for Less will not be responsible for printing errors in case these requirements are not met. Fuzzy, pixilated or distorted artwork can result in printing errors therefore, Custom Boxes for Less is not to be considered responsible for such errors.

Color accuracy and proofing
The printed products may at times come out different in their color accuracy and density. This might occur due to various reasons beyond the control of Custom Boxes for Less. Such color accuracy and screen proofing errors do not make Custom Boxes for Less liable for errors caused owing to the nature of the printing machines and final appearance of the color.

Payments
Custom Boxes for Less offers two payment options unless otherwise explicitly accepted by Custom Boxes for Less.

1. Credit Card payments via Stripe Payments Processing (only for US Based clients)
2. Wire Transfer

For international orders, the only payment option is through a wire transfer. If a customer prefers a Credit Card payment for an international order, it may be acceptable by only after approval from the finance team.

Cancellation of orders
Custom Boxes for Less provides printing services to its clients. Once a print-job is done, it leaves the packaging products with no resale value. Owing to this reason, once and order is sent for printing it cannot be cancelled. Therefore all sales are final.

Re-printing
There are situations where a re-printing job becomes necessary and there is no way around it. Once Custom Boxes for Less determines that such is the case, we will happily offer a re-print of your order. The shipping for re-printed orders will be born by the customer.
